Feodor Skripchenko – The Legend of Chess
Learning chess online has become increasingly popular with online games that help you learn while you play. Online chess games are server based games and the chess server records the players' moves against each other via internet. All chess players, whether beginners or experienced, use a chess strategy to win the game. These chess players spend most of the time in exploring chess strategies for improving their defenses and attacks.
Online chess games serve the chess players all ages with an opportunity and ability to play professionally organized online chess with the opponents from all over the world in their own unique style. One such great player was Feodor Skripchenko. It won't be wrong to say that Feodor has devoted his life to chess and had a great talent for its promotion. He dedicated more than 50 years of his life to chess. His contribution to chess in Moldova in the last forty years is unique and it would be impossible to replace. He promoted chess in the schools and for the youth, supported Moldovan chess talents and created conditions that allowed Moldovan players to grow to international level. Moldova was put on the world chess map due to his tireless efforts. It is very symbolic, that one of his latest achievements was to include chess in the curriculum of schools in Moldova since this (2009-2010) school year. The Ministry of Education and Youth obligated all the schools to include chess module in the curriculum of school discipline "Physical Education", conducting the chess lessons to follow Feodor Skripchenko book "The Program of methodological recommendations for chess training in schools of Moldova"
Feodor Skripchenko has been an extraordinary talented and passionate person, sharing his outstanding skills not only in respect to organization, but also constantly experimenting and coming up with chess related inventions. For example he invented and even published a book, a variant of chess played on a 10x10 board. The European Chess organization has accepted this chess variant and is supporting to populate it in Europe. Feodor Skripchenko was also pretty strong player in "standard" chess. Not many people know, but Feodor Skripchenko has actually been an inventor of the 'New Slav'.

If every move made in a chess game was 'perfect' would white or black win?
If two computers were programmed to calculate every move and response possible in a chess game and were put against each other either white or black would always win (or it would be a stale mate). I say this because if somebody knew every possible move and response before a game began he would be able to choose the 'perfect' moves to make in the game every time no matter what his opponent did.
Until Chess is "solved" (every possible move has been mapped out as you describe), there's no way to know for sure. But most likely, it would be a stalemate.
