How to Build the Board You've Always Wanted
So you want to build a board of directors that really makes a difference. The good news is that this can be done. There are several organizations that have high-performing boards. But they did not get that way overnight and neither did it happen without them being very intentional. You to can have a highly functioning, highly effective board of directors!
1. Take the time to invest into the board's development. One of the first things that I suggest is investing into your board's understanding of what they are supposed to do. It is also important to decide what areas need to be strengthened within your existing board. Whether you are starting from scratch or re-organizing an existing board make a commitment from the very start to lay a good foundation by getting a good consultant, nonprofit coach, or going through training to help your board understand their roles and responsibilities.
2. Schedule regular times throughout the year for board development. Be proactive in developing a dynamic board. This is best accomplished by setting dates throughout the year where you want to build your boards capacity in a specific area, such as in fundraising, strategic planning, etc. Your board will appreciate the fact that you have taken the time to invest into them and you will reap the benefits of doing this. Do not make the mistake of assuming that your board does not need to grow in their knowledge of governing your organization.
3. Ask Your Board How You Can Help Them Grow. I recommend asking your board how you can help assist them to grow in areas they have identified as those in need of help. Once those areas are identified you can provide them with helpful materials to assist them in growing in these areas. I make some great recommendations in my training about how best to do this and what not do.
4. Remember, board members like to be recognized for their valuable contributions. We all like a little appreciation and recognition sometimes. Your board members are no different. In fact, you owe this to them at the very least. You will get more high-performing results from your board if you develop and recognize them.

on fantage how do you get the red high heels and blue and yellow board?
i see people who have red high heels and the blue and yellow board. i look at their profile thing and it says that they're not a member. how can i get them?
people say that i can get it with the gems but it says that i already have all the rare items and the other ones are for members only. im not a member though.
You don't have to be a premium member to get the board and heels. To get the heels or board, I think its an ultra rare item, or a very rare item. Even if it says you have to be a premium member, keep rearranging the gems and press activate until you get the heels or the board.
They are not RARE items, they are ULTRA RARE, or VERY RARE...
I think the board is ultra rare and the heels are very rare.... but idk just try!
